Innovative Design:
- We make sure our design fits your space needs perfectly, smoothly adding cooling systems like liquid cooling to keep things cool efficiently.
- We use special adhesive potting to help heat move in and out of the battery just right, making sure it works as well as possible.
Advanced Assembly:
- Inside, we put together the cell modules using connectors like the Redlock 350 Amp ones, all safely kept in an aluminium box. This helps us follow the rules and make sure everything is up to standard.
Power-Packed Performance:
- To meet the demanding requirement of 1.4 joules/module, we've devised a 20S-20P, 5-stack battery configuration, with each module containing 4 series, 100 Ah cells (approximately 40.8V, 100A), totaling 5 modules.
Efficiency Meets Innovation:
- To meet strict weight and cell rules, we chose 21700 lithium cells (with 4 Ah capacity and NMC chemistry) arranged in a 20S-25P setup.
- This gives you a strong 72V, 100 Ah battery, all under a 40kg limit.

Feasibility Assessment:
- We meticulously assess battery pack design feasibility in line with your norms and specifications.
- Our enclosure, with a thickness of about 2mm and 304 gates, is engineered for durability.
Thermal Management:
- Our cooling system, powered by fans delivering 6-8 CFM collectively, efficiently cools cells via inlets and outlets.
- Robust 4mm-thick mounting points ensure insulated enclosure functionality.
Intelligent Battery Management:
- We've integrated a genuine Orion Battery Management System (BMS) with IMD circuit and diverse lug inputs for insulation management.
- The BMS enables seamless data transmission, reception, and optimal battery pack utilization.
Testing for Excellence:
- To make sure our battery pack is top-notch, we test it a lot after making it. We charge and discharge it 5-10 times to check that it works well.
- We also do careful calculations to make sure the BMS works right and gets the right information.
Seamless Integration:
- Once tested and validated, the battery pack is dispatched and seamlessly integrated into your vehicle, ensuring optimal and correct functionality.
